We test and service all brands of life safety systems. In rare cases, some proprietary equipment may require programing changes due to catastrophic failure. In these cases we will work with the manufacturing company to make the changes.
2.How often should my fire alarm system be serviced/inspected?
NFPA requires all systems be tested and inspected at least annually but many facilities require more frequent testing. Contact us for more information or refer to the NFPA-72 table 10.4.3 for your specific application.
3.Do you charge a trip fee or minimum for service calls?
We do not charge a trip, fuel or any other “add-on” fees for service calls. However, we do have a one hour minimum charge. In addition if we perform your annual inspections and monitoring you receive a 10% discount on all labor & material charges. Contact us for more information.
4.Can you monitor my existing equipment?
Yes we can but sometimes additional equipment may be required. This will depend on the manufacturer and model. Contact us with this information and we will let you know without any hassle.

Precision Fire Solutions provides service to customers who value quality in all parts of South Carolina. We have technicians stationed in key areas west of I95 who work out of 3 offices. Midlands, Newberry, and the Upstate.
6.What manufacturer’s brands do you sell?
Although we stock and sell all major brands of equipment for repairs, we prefer to install the Honeywell family of life safety products. Gamewell-FCI, SilentKnight, and Farenhyt fire alarm as well as Honeywell Commercial intrusion detection, access control, & camera systems.
