Project Manager
In this position, you’ll manage the installation of fire alarm projects. You and your team will manage all aspects of the installation process including scheduling, field installation, subcontractor management, programming, test out and completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all personnel required to complete quality fire alarm projects within project scope and on budget.
- Track projects progress and make corrections as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and employees.

Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Employees effective listening skills.
Problem Solving: Ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives.
Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and mature demeanor. Possess Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage others.
Technical: NICET Level II or qualified for obtaining. Possess a South Carolina Fire Alarm Qualifying Party certification or the willingness to obtain the certification.
General: At least four years related construction/installation experience, preferably in commercial fire alarm. Valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass state and federal background check. Must be eligible for US employment. Must pass drug test.
